Get to Know Me

As a doctor who treats children with cancer and chronic blood diseases, I don’t just treat the disease itself. I try to help the children and families I care for understand the illness, and find ways to cope so they can make the most of every day.

Why I Treat Children

I enjoy helping kids and nurturing them – and forming close relationships with families as they navigate their way through serious illness. Improving a child’s quality of life is one of the most satisfying things we try to do each day, and seeing a child become a productive, happy adult is what we live for.

What I'm Passionate About

As health care professionals, our mission is to do what’s best for our patients, and that priority comes first. I’m proud that Nemours treats patients without regard to their ability to pay for our services.
