How to Arrange a Stay

If you’re a first time guest, or it’s been six months since your last visit, you'll need:

• a referral by a medical professional involved in your child's care
• a valid government issued photo ID for each adult staying at the House
• to ask your doctor, nurse or social worker to provide information for your stay

Van transportation to and from the clinic and Wolfson Children’s Hospital is
also available.
